Easy Peasy Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for store credit. FINAL SALE items are considered items with a 20% or more discount off your purchase, or items in a SALE category and cannot be returned. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
- Food Products
- Mystery Bags
- Items Discounted at 20% or greater
- Items listed in a SALE Category
- Final sale items
Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
You have 10 business days from the post marked delivery day, to ship back any items that you wish to return. If you are unsure if you can return it, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org for further help. The customer is responsible for paying to ship all returns back to our warehouse. We require a packing slip/invoice for every item returned, If you fail to do so we cannot process your return. Any product that sits unclaimed for longer than 30 days, will be donated to a local women’s shelter.

- Due to limited quantities and high demand for our products, Easy Peasy cannot offer exchanges for items that do not fit. We highly recommend that if you do receive an item that you would like a different size in, purchase the correct size. Then ship back the incorrect size to us, so you do not miss out. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact Customer Care at email@example.com, within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect product with your email. Please note: We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by neglect in care or washing.
How long does it take to process the return?
- We process returns every day. Please allow us 3-5 business days from the date your return is post marked delivered to our warehouse. We will not respond to emails regarding (have you received my return, when will my return be processed… etc.) It is the buyers responsibility to track there return. How long does it take to receive my Easy Peasy Credit?
- 3-5 business days from the post marked delivery date to our warehouse. Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can use it at anytime.
Is there a restock fee?
- We understand that sizing can be hard. But, luckily for you, you have found a boutique that does live selling to cover sizing very thoroughly. If for whatever reason your item has to be returned you will not be charged a restock fee. If your return happens to fall into any of these categories, its possible there could be a 15% restock fee subtracted from your credit.
- You have returned more than 10% of the products you have purchased from us, in one calendar year. Please keep in mind we will not allow any more returns from a customer if they have reached 25% returns in one calendar year, for the remainder of that calendar year.
- Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
